Terms and refunds

These are the terms for the ZoeyOS store, in plain language.

What is for sale

Two packs are for sale. Friday Zoey, the desk hub, is $29. Bash, the desk hub, is $5. Each is a Standard licence: yours to use. A house pack is never bought out.

A pack made from your own portrait can be bought out. That buy-out is not on sale with these two packs. If it is offered, the price is the price shown at checkout.

I understand that the clips made for me are listed and sold in the ZoeyOS store unless I buy out the licence.

Payment

Buy opens Stripe Checkout. We do not see your card number. Stripe sends the receipt.

Before you pay, you tick this notice: after payment you check the pack, you can send it back twice, and it is delivered when you click Agree to quality.

Delivery

The download link works for 7 days after payment, and only after you click Agree to quality. Two sendbacks are included. A third is refused.

Refunds

A refund closes the download link. The sale is marked refunded and the zip is no longer offered.

The films

Created with Grok. The films are made with Grok Imagine by xAI; this store is not made or endorsed by xAI.

A portrait

If you upload a portrait, you are saying you own it, or you have permission to use it, and that it shows no real person who has not agreed. Uploading it does not start a film.

Notes

The form under Coming Soon saves an X handle or an email, and what you asked for, on this machine only. No mail is sent.
